Everything about this hotel was absolutely incredible! The breakfast was mind-blowingly delicious and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and squeaky clean, with huge and incredibly comfortable beds. The balconies offered the most jaw-dropping views of the town and mountains. The staff went above and beyond, especially with accommodating our Labrador and one-year-old daughter during dinner. We truly felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The location next to the station was super convenient, and the view from the balcony was simply fabulous. Stefan and his team, like Chris, were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. The breakfast in the cozy breakfast area was excellent. The fold-out dining table in the room was a nice surprise, and we loved the two comfortable armchairs. The welcoming staff, the high standard of the hotel, and the delicious food that catered to everyone's tastes all made our stay incredible. The small rooftop jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were so relaxing, with a picturesque view of the town. The location was perfect for skiing and snowboarding, with the bus and train stations right outside. The 10-minute commute to the ski area was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and resort for a peaceful ski holiday with friends. We can't wait to come back!
